With a 540 hp diesel engine, the Model 21-L offers the ability to chip whole trees up to 21" in diameter. The Model 21-L is built with a fifth wheel towing setup, a self contained loader with cab and is capable of meeting very high production requirements. The 21-L is available with a variety of chip size settings from 5/8" to 1-1/2". A 2-knife cutter wheel is standard, with a 3-knife option available.

Trelan "L" model chippers are equipped with roomy, deluxe cabs including heat/AC, a fully adjustable seat with joystick controls, and eye relaxing tinted glass. The optional curved discharge allows chips to shoot at an angle toward the hitch. The loader transport position makes a compact towing package while evenly distributing the weight of the machine.
